Hotel Termas Puyehue Wellness & Spa Resort, Puyehue

The hotel rooms out the back were awful and dirty, and far from noise proof, but the service from the staff, especially Vanessa, was exceptional. The location in Patagonia is truly beautiful, just by the Puyehue National Park. The dining, despite the poor selection of pastries in the evening, was unexpectedly good value for money. The facilities were disappointing overall.

The hotel had spotless and well-maintained rooms, although a bit small and facing the parking lot. Despite being nice and clean, they were not exceptional, but that was not an issue due to the plenty of activities available on-site. The service, including Javier and the attentive staff like Vanessa, was exceptional. The location was superb with beautiful surroundings and easy access to amenities. The dining experience was generally disappointing with a lack of hot food options, but it was better than expected in terms of value for money. Overall, a great spot with a few minor drawbacks.

I stayed at this hotel that had its ups and downs. The rooms out the back were a bit disappointing with dirty stained carpets and old blankets, but thankfully the main rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The size was a bit small, and my view was facing the parking lot.
